Frequently Asked Questions
Ready in minutes – the key steps at a glance.
Why do all the bars in the bar chart have the same height?
There are various calculation options for bar charts. One option is Count. This counts how often a value appears in a column.
If you have two columns—one with the category and one with the frequency—the calculation must be changed to Sum.
Why is the "Results" button partially grayed out?
Some tools do not generate any additional output apart from the diagram. In these cases, the button is grayed out accordingly.
Can I change the colors of the dots?
Yes, that is possible. To do so, double-click on the dots. A small form will open where you can set the colors.
Can I transfer the images to PowerPoint?
Yes, the images can be copied to the clipboard using the Copy button at the top left.
Can I also copy the images, including the results?
This is currently not possible using the software. However, it can be done using a snipping program.
Can I also use a group for regression, as I can for correlation diagrams?
No, you cannot specify a grouping variable there. However, you can unstack the data and then create a separate regression analysis for each group.
Can I also create a pie chart if I only have one column with one category?
Yes, that is possible. In this case, enter the same data series for both Data and Group and select Count for the calculation.
